Neil Atkinson & Company are a firm of Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants based in Taunton, Somerset. The firm provides focused investment and development services, commercial landlord & tenant advice, and general agency services. 

We have a proven track record of facilitating successful outcomes to projects which require a combination of contacts, knowledge, perseverance and experience.

About Us

Neil Atkinson Chartered SurveyorOur principal is Neil Atkinson BSc (Hons) MRICS. Neil gained an Honours Degree in Estate Management at The University of the South Bank, and qualified as a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1986. His grounding in property investment was acquired whilst working within the Property Department of an Asset Management Company in the City, subsequent to which he spent 4 successful years within the Investment Department of a major West End Commercial Property Agency. He established Neil Atkinson & Company in 1991 and has been based in Taunton or Bristol since that date.
