CLR Developments Ltd Crewkerne
CLR owned 181 acres on the fringes of the town, the majority of which had resolution to grant planning consent for a major mixed-use scheme.
The Company was sold to Taylor Wimpey on behalf of the shareholders.
21 Sea King Road Yeovil
A distribution/warehouse building of 26,500 sq ft/2,460 sq m purchased on behalf of private investor clients for £1.05m with 3 years remaining on the lease. A significant rental uplift was achieved at lease renewal with the investment subsequently sold for £1.93m.
National Nuclear Laboratory Workington
Part of a former Corus Steel complex totalling 119,000 sq ft/11,000 sq m purchased on behalf of private investor clients subject to a long- term lease to a UK Government owned Company.
The lease has subsequently been re-geared until 2029.
35 West Street, Bridport
A ground floor retail/coffee shop unit with a substantial maisonette on the upper floors. The lease of the ground floor was re-geared and the whole property sold to private investor clients.
